Special Events At Vita Denver

At Vita, we can accommodate all of your large and small social gatherings! Whether your occasion is a wedding reception, birthday celebration, anniversary, business networking meeting, rehearsal dinner, holiday party, or simply a get together with friends or family, we take pride in customizing your event specifically to your preferences.

Light appetizers for a social networking event? No problem. Heavy appetizers in place of a meal for a social gathering, we've got you covered. We also offer an impressive menu of large buffet style entrees, sides, & salads for formal events as well as a complete sandwich style platter section more informal types of events.

 

We are happy to create limited ../menus for more traditional, sit-down dining events by assisting you in selecting items from our regular Lunch, Dinner, and Brunch ../menus. 

 

This Special Events Menu is designed for more social, mingling types of events and consists of platters and chafing dish style service via banquet stations.

Our Special Events Menu is designed for you to impress your guests without worrying about a thing, except for having fun!

If after reviewing the menu you had something else in mind, let us know! We can accommodate most special requests for platters.

We understand that although our Special Events Menu is a large menu, you may have a family recipe that is as part of hosting a family event to you as the event itself. Food plays a large part of our memories of events' past, and often times the smell or sight of a dish from the past can spark emotions and nostalgia that we didn't know were there.

If there is something that you think would make your event more special that you do not see on our Special Events Menu, please let us know and our Chefs will work diligently to try to reproduce it as best as possible for your event.
