Bruschetta

Tomatoes, white beans, Kalamata olives, fresh basil, Goat cheese, toasted bread & Parmesan cheese

 

Calamari

Flash fried calamari served with house made cocktail sauce and topped with Parmesan cheese

 

Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Warm spinach & artichoke dip served with house made tortilla chips

 

Ten Hour Pork

House made tortilla chips tossed with ten hour slow braised pulled pork, Vita BBQ sauce, Asadero cheese, pickled jalapenos, cherry tomatoes, red onions and topped with a jalapeno & avocado drizzle

 

Mussels *

Sauteed PEI Mussels, Applewood smoked red pepper bacon, shallots and garlic tossed in our green curry and coconut sauce and served with

grilled bread points

Winter Kale

Shredded kale, apples, crushed pistachios, green onion, goat cheese, carrots, cranberries, blueberry vinaigrette 

 

Butter Lettuce Wedge

Half a head of Butter lettuce served with bleu cheese crumbles, Applewood smoked bacon, tomatoes, bleu cheese dressing and red onions.

Pan Seared Steelhead Trout *

Pan seared Steelhead Trout served over a bed of sauteed julienned carrots and squash with cilantro & lime rice, pickled ginger, and a sake & soy chili sauce

Bone-In Pork Chop *

A Ten ounce grilled Bone-in Pork Chop served over bacon and herb spaetzle, finished with crispy kale

and an orange sweet and sour glaze

Penne Roberto

Marinated flank steak, asparagus, tomatoes, green onions & spicy chipotle cilantro pesto sauce topped with avocado

 and Parmesan cheese

Flatiron Steak   *

An Eight ounce grilled Flatiron steak  served with crispy potato cakes with crema, house made Worcestershire,

 and sauteed bacon broccolini

Colorado Striped Bass  *

A pan seared Colorado Striped Bass filet served with a  sweet potato and shrimp hash, sauteed kale,

and a light citrus vinaigrette sauce

Penne Monza Fresca

Sauteed chicken breast, prosciutto ham, tomatoes, green onions, fresh basil, garlic cream sauce,

fresh Mozzarella & Parmesan cheeses

Risotto 

Creamy Risotto served in a butternut squash puree with nutmeg, sage, grilled asparagus spears & tomatoes

Lohi Burger *

Topped with a spicy cream cheese, deep fried jalapenos, lettuce, tomato, served on a Brioche bun

Green Chili Burger *

Topped with slow cooked pulled pork, house made green chili, Fontina cheese, lettuce, and tomato served on a Brioche bun 

Black & Bleu Burger *

 Topped with Bleu cheese crumbles, lettuce, tomato, blackening seasoning, bourbon onions, served on a Brioche bun

Bacon and Cheddar Burger *

Topped with Smoked Cheddar cheese, crispy onion ring, lettuce, tomato, bacon, served on a Brioche bun

Portobello Burger 

 A marinated and grilled Portobello mushroom cap, crispy onion ring, Provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, cilantro pesto, served on a Brioche bun

Steak Sandwich  

Griddled thinly shaved steak, onions, melted Fontina & Dijon mustard cream sauce, served on a toasted roll

Cubano  

 Slow cooked  pulled pork, Fontina, thinly sliced ham, Dijonnaise,  spicy house pickles, served
